Responsibilities

  • Management of the tests preparation, execution and evaluation
  • Preparation of test scenarios
  • Leading a team of testers
  • Communication with the developers
  • Communication with the business
  • Tests carried out in part automatically (using scripts created in-house) and partly manually

Requirements

  • Experience in software development projects
  • Minimum 3 years practical experience in projects of software testing
  • Knowledge of testing methodology
  • Knowledge of JIRA or any other equivalent
  • Ability to lead team of approx 5-testers
  • Communication skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Reliability, responsibility and emphasis on the diligence
  • Ability to adapt to the standards development organization
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • English
